Exercises and holidays: 10 ways to stay healthy and Fit

This is the time of year for some of the most beautiful, but for others it was a time of stress. Are you worried about spending too much money or trying to keep up with Your holiday commitments, holiday stress can make you feel anything but happy.

We have created through Thanksgiving, and as we approach the meat of the holiday season (hopefully not with tight jeans), there is still a lot of temptation to come. Whether it is baked-happy that mercilessly, way too much an invitation to a party, or that his mother-in-law who had never heard of, even the most motivated and actively struggling with practice deviations. Here are some tips to stay the course and come out ahead.
